Community Guidelines
A space built on respect
Manifesting University is a place to learn, practice, and grow alongside others doing the same work. The conversations here — in the threads, in the chat room, and in private messages — are part of that work. For those conversations to be worth having, this has to be a space where every person feels safe, respected, and welcome.
These guidelines exist to protect that. They are simple, and we hold to them without exception.
The standard
We ask one thing of everyone here, and we ask it fully: treat every other person with kindness and respect.
That means this community has zero tolerance for:
- Unkindness toward any member. No personal attacks, insults, mockery, bullying, or contempt.
- Sexual content. No explicit, lewd, or sexually suggestive language.
- Foul language. No profanity, vulgarity, or slurs of any kind.
- Threats or violence of any sort.
This is not about policing disagreement or emotion. You are welcome to disagree, to be honest about hard things, to bring your real self to this community. The line is cruelty, crudeness, and contempt — not seriousness or vulnerability.
What's welcome here
- Honest questions, including the ones you think might sound foolish. They are not.
- Encouragement, celebration of one another's progress, and genuine support.
- Respectful disagreement and real conversation.
- Your authentic voice, your doubts, and your breakthroughs.
How we keep this space safe
To uphold the standard above, messages across the community are reviewed for content that violates these guidelines. This review uses both automated tools and human moderators, and it applies to public threads, the chat room, and private one-to-one messages alike.
We want to be plain about that last part: private messages are reviewed too. We do not do this to intrude. We do it so that no member can be sent something cruel or inappropriate in private with no recourse. Reviewing private messages the same way we review public ones is how we make sure the protection of this community reaches every corner of it.
What happens if a line is crossed
When a message crosses the standard, it is not delivered. That part is absolute, every time.
For the person who sent it, our response is measured, because we know that mistakes happen and that automated tools are not perfect:
- The first time, the message is stopped and you receive a clear note about which guideline it crossed. Nothing more.
- A second time, the message is stopped and sending is paused for a short period.
- A third time, sending is suspended while a human moderator reviews the account.
A small number of the most serious matters — including anything that sexualizes a minor or threatens harm to another person — are not handled on this graduated scale. They result in immediate suspension and human review.
If you are struggling
If you are going through something difficult, this community is one of the places you are allowed to bring it. We will never treat a person in distress as a rule-breaker. If a message suggests you may be at risk of harming yourself, our response is care, not penalty: a member of our team will reach out, and we will share resources that can help.
You are not alone here.
Reporting
If you see or receive something that crosses these guidelines, you can report it. Every message carries a report option. Reports go to our moderators, who review each one. You can report without worrying about confrontation — the person you report is not told who reported them.
Who can join
Manifesting University is for adults. Membership is open to those 18 and older.
We hold this standard not to restrict you, but to make this a community worth belonging to. Everyone here has agreed to the same thing you have: to show up with respect. That shared agreement is what makes the rest of it possible.
Welcome. We're glad you're here.
