Content License and Use of Materials

This Content License and Use of Materials ("License") describes what content is available on Manifesting University (the "Platform"), what rights you have to access and use that content, and what rights are reserved. It applies to all registered users and should be read alongside the Terms of Service.

The Platform is operated by Manifesting-IT, LLC ("Manifesting-IT," "we," "our," "us").

1. What content is provided

The Platform makes available the following categories of content:

• Library texts and primary sources — writings by historical New Thought teachers including Neville Goddard, Joseph Murphy, Thomas Troward, Charles and Myrtle Fillmore, and others. These works are accessed through the Library building.
• Scripture — King James Version biblical text, accessed through the Library's scripture reader and cross-reference tools.
• Reference works — a metaphysical Bible dictionary (based on the work of Metaphysical Bible Dictionary by Charles Fillmore), a scripture concordance (Gaskell's Dictionary of All Scriptures and Myths and Strong's Concordance data), and related reference tools available in the Library.
• Renee Carroll's original work — the book Manifesting It, course materials, guided readings, annotations, and cross-references authored or compiled by Renee Carroll and owned by Manifesting-IT, LLC or Renee Carroll.
• Audio lectures and recorded talks — recordings of talks by Neville Goddard and other historical teachers, available through the Auditorium building.
• Course content — lessons, exercises, reflections, and assignments created for Platform courses and available through the Academic Center.
• AI mentor responses — outputs generated by the AI mentor chatbot in the Mentoring Center. See §7 for the specific terms governing AI-generated content.

2. License granted to users

Subject to these Terms and your compliance with the Terms of Service, Manifesting-IT grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and read Platform content for your own personal, non-commercial use during the period your account is active.

This license permits you to read, reference, and engage with content on the Platform for your own study and practice. It does not permit any of the uses described in §3.

3. Restrictions

You may not, without prior written permission from Manifesting-IT:

• Copy, reproduce, or download Platform content in bulk or systematically
• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publish Platform content to others
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract content from the Platform
• Use Platform content for commercial purposes
• Remove or obscure any copyright, attribution, or proprietary notice
• Incorporate Platform content into other works intended for distribution

Quoting short passages for personal commentary, discussion within the Platform's own community spaces, or non-commercial educational purposes is generally acceptable and consistent with fair use principles where applicable.

4. Rights status of underlying texts

Many of the primary texts in the Library are works of early twentieth-century New Thought authors and are believed to be in the public domain in the United States based on their publication dates and the copyright law in effect at the time of publication. The King James Version of the Bible is also in the public domain.

Important notice: Public domain status must be verified work by work. Specific editions, compilations, translations, editorial annotations, the concordance data, and the metaphysical dictionary may carry their own copyright protections independent of the underlying texts. We are in the process of confirming the rights status of each work in the Library, and we will ensure appropriate permissions or licenses are in place before distributing any work that may still be under copyright protection.

5. Renee Carroll's original work

The book Manifesting It, all Platform course materials, guided reading paths, original annotations, cross-references, and other materials authored or compiled by Renee Carroll are owned by Manifesting-IT, LLC or Renee Carroll and are protected by copyright.

Your license to access this content is for in-Platform use only, for the duration of your active account. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or publish this content in any form, in whole or in part, without explicit written permission.

6. User-generated content

Content you post on the Platform — including forum posts, thread replies, direct messages, and Commons chat messages — is governed by the User-Generated Content section (§6) of the Terms of Service. You retain ownership of content you create, and you grant Manifesting-IT a license to host and display it for the purpose of operating the Platform.

Private study notes you save in the Library are visible only to you and are not shared with other members or used by us beyond storing them for your access.

7. AI-generated content

Responses generated by the AI mentor chatbot in the Mentoring Center are produced by Anthropic's Claude API based on your prompts and are intended for personal reflection and educational purposes only. They are not authored by Manifesting-IT or by the historical figures they are styled after.

AI-generated responses are provided to you for personal, non-commercial use within the Platform. You may not represent AI-generated responses as the authentic writings or teachings of any historical figure, or republish them as authoritative texts.

Manifesting-IT does not assert copyright ownership over AI-generated outputs but does not warrant their accuracy, completeness, or consistency with the historical record.

8. Audio recordings

Recordings of lectures and talks available in the Auditorium are provided for personal listening only. You may not download, copy, or redistribute recordings without permission. The rights status of individual recordings varies; some may be in the public domain while others may require specific licenses. We will ensure appropriate rights are confirmed for each recording made available on the Platform.

9. Takedown and copyright notices

Manifesting University respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content on the Platform infringes a copyright you hold or control, please send a written notice to info@manifesting-it.com that includes:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed
• Identification of the specific material on the Platform you believe infringes your work, with enough detail for us to locate it
• Your contact information (name, address, telephone, email)
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
• Your physical or electronic signature

We will review valid notices promptly and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the identified material.

10. Changes to this License

We may update this License from time to time as the content available on the Platform changes or as rights confirmations are completed. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the Platform.
