___(??) a very practical night and yet to a few it may seem spiritual as the word is used, I would say, in some strange manner. It really isn’t a practical night. I personally think that you and I, everyone interested here, should look upon the truth of this law, the working of the law, just as intensely as we operate the law as we do upon anything in this world. Tonight I will show you quite clearly how this law operates.
We are told, “Let not your hearts be troubled”—this is the 14th chapter of John—“Let not your hearts be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, would I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you? And when I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to myself, that where I am there you may be also” (verse 1). Now, you think someone is speaking to a group of men, undoubtedly, as I am here. But where is he going? In the ultimate sense he is going back to the source. He said, “I came out from the Father and I came into the world; again, I am leaving the world and returning to the Father” (John 16:28). So, if he is going to prepare a place, he’s going to prepare the place where he is. He’s returning to himself, the source of all phenomena, the Father, so that you may be in that source, that you may discover the source of the phenomena of life, but all phenomena. So that’s where he is going. He is the way to everything in the world, but specifically here, to the Father.
Tonight, we take it on this level here, that everyone will know how to bring into this world what he wants. I don’t care what it is in the world, for he is the source of all phenomena. He is going to that ultimate, which is the Father, and all will arrive at the Father to discover the source. Well, tonight I think I can tell you the source. Today we are spending billions in an anti-poverty program, in an anti-this, anti-that. And the one consuming thing that we need in this world that would not cost one nickel, it wouldn’t cost a nickel, is an entirely new concept, a new Christology, a new knowledge of Christ: a new way of thinking of human Imagination as the Christ. Christ is the source of everything in this world. It creates everything. But as long as the churches mislead the world in teaching some being on the outside, who lived and died 2,000 years ago, and turn to him and pray, you will never—you can give billions and billions and billions to anti-poverty programs and you’ll never overcome it. They will simply cut your throats the day you stop it. That is life. But teach man how to turn to himself, that he is the source of the phenomena of life. And so, the outstanding need in the world is for this new Christology. You can go out and teach it. You can tell everyone that you meet in this world. For without this, I don’t care what you do, you will never bring into this world what you want, what the world wants, what the whole vast world wants.
Now here, “In my Father’s house are many mansions,” unnumbered mansions. “If it were not so, would I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you? And when I go, I will come again and receive you to myself, that where I am you may be also.” Well, you heard on the ultimate level that is taking you to the Father, and there’s no way to the Father save by me. That is, he’s telling you he is the Father; and when you come by this way, and only this way, you’ll find the source of phenomena.
